What is Patrika?

Patrika is a digital wedding invitation maker. You choose a design, add your names, families, ceremonies, venue and photos, and get a personal invitation website at a link like patrika.site/i/rahul-weds-priya. Guests open it straight from WhatsApp, with no app and no login.

Why couples use it

Most wedding invitations reach guests as a forwarded card image, which is hard to read on a phone and easy to lose in a busy chat. A Patrika invitation opens like a small wedding website made for the two of you, with your photos, your music and every ceremony in one place. It feels personal, and guests often remember it.

Who it is for

Couples and families planning a wedding, especially Indian weddings where the invitation goes out on WhatsApp to family groups, relatives and friends in other cities or abroad. Many families send it alongside printed cards. It is also useful when time is short, because printed cards take weeks.

Designs

  • Floral — a traditional Hindu design with Ganesha, hanging lamps and lotus motifs in a rose-gold palette.
  • Minimal — a clean, modern paper-cut design with a live countdown to the wedding.

How it works

  1. Choose a design.
  2. Add the couple's names and families, the haldi and wedding date, time and venue, your photos and a music track.
  3. Get your link and share it on WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS or email.

Price

Creating and sharing an invitation is currently free. There is no account, signup or login.

Privacy

Invitations are not listed in our sitemap. Each link stays live until 10 days after the last event on it, then it is taken down automatically. Read the full privacy policy.

Good to know

  • Invitations can't be edited after they are created yet. If something changes, make a new one; it only takes a few minutes.
  • RSVP tracking isn't available yet. Guests can reply to you directly on WhatsApp.
  • Invitations are in English for now.
